What events are appropriate for a brass band? Tons! We bring life to all sorts of events from personal parties to corporate/business events to festivals and parades. Wedding reception or rehearsal dinner in need of some dance music? Got it. Want to bring energy or attract attention to your conference booth, launch party, grand opening, or convention? Check and double check. Cocktail parties, holiday parties, and company celebrations—we’ve got them covered. Mardi Gras parade? Heck, yes!
But why a live brass band and not a DJ? Sure, a DJ can provide the same music that every other DJ plays and no one remembers. But live music, a live brass band, has the energy (think live concert versus the radio), flexibility, and mobility that a DJ doesn’t. We can play our jazzy version of popular hits as instrumental versions or with lyrics. The band can stay stationary or move through the crowd for an interactive experience.
