Thanks for stopping in. My name is Derek Halkett and I am a Knoxville Wedding Photographer. I grew up in a town not far from Boston and moved to Tennessee in the summer of 2016, so that my wife could attend Medical School. We are blessed with two amazing children, Aubrey and Jacob, who are my everything. Topping out the crew is our Golden Retriever named Cooper and a cat named Patches.

I am entering my 9th year of photographing weddings. I have had the distinct pleasure of capturing over 300 weddings all over the United States, Italy, and Mexico. I am a Smoky Mountain Wedding Photographer with a current license to photograph weddings, elopement and adventure sessions in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
